  • MNCEC Conference: Registration cancellation requires two week notice and will be assessed a $25.00 service charge. Please allow three to four weeks to process your refund. Refunds will NOT be granted due to inclement weather. Refunds will NOT be issued after January 23, 2009 however, districts may send alternates after that date by contacting Quest Educational Services at 651.438.2644.

    RtI Summer Institute - Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be assessed a $20.00 service charge. Please allow three to four weeks to process your refund. Refunds will NOT be issued after May 2, 2008 however substitutions will be welcomed by contacting Quest Educational Services at 651-438-2644.

    Midwest Summit: Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be assessed a $20.00 service charge.Please allow three to four weeks to process your refund. Refunds will NOT be issued after August 24, 2008 however substitutions will be welcomed.
